Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, flexible scheduling

Available Shifts: M-F (8am-2pm, 9am-3pm); Sun-Thurs

Your Role:

• Handle client calls and inquiries, providing detailed product info.
• Manage up to 20 orders – from documentation to completion.
• Respond swiftly to client queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Collaborate with teams for order fulfillment.
• Check order accuracy, verifying product specs, pricing, and delivery details.

Your Skills:

• Prior experience in customer service or project coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible to accommodate varied work schedules.
