We are Looking for an experienced Estimator for our 1st shift.

Estimator prepares data for new projects or improves design of new product.

The ideal team member will have at least 5-7 years of estimating or print production experience. Working understanding of die cutting, finishing and unique substrates is an added plus.

Experience estimating multi-color sheet-fed printing, digital print, bindery, finishing, mailing and fulfillment services. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that can manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight, time sensitive deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize printing software to prepare estimates and layouts
• Search out and research outside vendors for materials and labor
• Request and negotiate pricing with outside vendors
• Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work
• Maintain estimating standards and procedures. Perform job cost analysis
• Attend planning meetings and requested
• Successful candidates must have the following:
• Include consulting with sales, clients, vendors and personnel in other departments
• Perform job cost analysis and billing functions; attend and contribute to planning meetings for special projects.

Successful candidates must have the following:

· Some college a degree is a plus in math, engineering, or business

· 5-7 years of print/packaging experience

· Experience with diecutting, finishing and unique sub straights

· Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Detail-oriented

· Strong math, computerand analytical skills

· Ability to work undertight time constraints to meet deadlines

· Demonstrate theability to multi-task
