Purpose: Efficiently assist and manage all aspects of the office admin and sales operations in a courteous and cordial manner which insures customer confidence and maximum efficiency for the business. Coordinate activities and cooperate with other departments. Sell company services at all times.
Essential Functions:
· Customer relationship, intake new orders and input CRM daily.
· Provide estimates to customers.
· Create and manage a good standing relationship with current customers.
· Call on customers and sell Print to Inspire, LLC’s products and service.
· Assure all documents associated with the sales of whole goods and attachments are properly and totally completed.
· Responsible for the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of all customer orders.
· Administer service advertising program, sales programs, and demonstrations.
· Administer Customer Engagement procedures.
· Update and maintain sales brochures and literature displays located in the business.
· Co-coordinate production schedule.
Other Tasks:
· Be alert to practices that waste supplies, utilities and time.
· Attend any company functions that will benefit the dealership.
· Appointment Setter.
· Filing and admin work.
· Assist with office maintenance schedule and routines.
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Ability to understand and follow instructions.
· Lift up to 30 pounds.
· Computer experience and knowledge using Microsoft programs, calendar system and QuickBooks.
· The environment is mainly inside, sometimes inventories will be taken outside.
