As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to design and implement inclusive and innovative recruitment solutions that find, attract and select top talent for our business. With the colleague experience at the heart of everything you do, you will ensure the right people are in place at the right time.

In this role you will make a real difference as a Subject Matter Expert, providing the business with up-to-date market insights and trends whilst continuously striving to deliver a tailored, standout solution for our hiring managers. We are looking for someone with great ideas who can adapt to business needs and aligns with our Values.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and embed effective recruitment and selection processes and procedures from initiation through to on-boarding.
• Develop and enhance our employer brand on social media channels to maximise organic candidate flow
• Influence and guide hiring managers to follow the talent acquisition processes, with a focus on inclusive recruitment best practice
• Maintain and develop up-to-date industry knowledge by attending webinars and networking events.
• Manage recruitment campaigns and in-house and external recruitment events
• Support competency based interviews and additional assessments.
• Handle sensitive information/situations in a thoughtful manner
• Ensure line managers maintain regular contact with the new colleagues until they join the organisation
• Writing compelling adverts to attract suitable candidates
