Job Description:

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading our logistics team and will be responsible for managing Princeton Delivery’s logistics operations. This position will be responsible for managing Princeton Delivery’s logistics team, including the hiring, training, performance evaluation, and termination of our logistics team. This person will also be responsible for all aspects of moving goods across Ewing, NJ and abroad, including loading/unloading trucks, coordinating delivery schedules with vendors, maintaining inventory levels across vendors, and preparing bills of lading. This position will to the Operations Manager.

Job Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management preferred; minimum of two years of supply chain management experience required
·Must be a self-starter with proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members
·Must have strong problem solving and decision making skills; ability to think on your feet is a must
·Must be able to work with a wide variety of people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures
·Must be able to work overtime when needed and manage multiple projects at once; ability to work with limited supervision is a plus
·Must be able to manage time effectively; ability to prioritize tasks is a must
·Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
·Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
