PRINCES Hiring for HR Assistant at Cardiff Full Time

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team at Princes in Cardiff. This is a great time to join our business and you will be involved in a wide range of projects and develop your experience. This is an initial 12 months fixed term contract with the potential to be considered for future opportunities in Princes if successful.

What you will be responsible for:

We are seeking a HR Administrator to provide administrative and proficient support to the HR function ensuring an efficient and professional HR service is delivered to site. You will act as a key user for the HR Systems such as Time & Attendance and HR Information Systems used on site and across the group. You will support the HR Officer and HR Business Partner in providing a consistent and robust operational HR service to the site.

Shift Pattern:

Monday – Friday 08.45 – 17.00

Role Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in developing a career in HR. You will be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the team. You will be a highly organised individual with experience within administration. Due to the confidentiality within this position you will need to act in a confidential and sensitive manner. This is a fast paced position and you will need to be able to work to strict deadlines and under pressure therefore experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
