KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Create and execute sourcing strategies to identify top performing candidates in the market with highly specific profiles.

· Interview and evaluate potential candidates, assess skill sets, work history and salary requirements.

· Build talent pools for current and future recruiting positions, utilizing multiple job boards, cold calling, social networking, and sourcing multiple platforms.

· Create and execute a meaningful candidate experience and present qualified, quality applicants to our clients.

· Effectively and articulately communicate position opportunities and client value propositions to potential applicants.

· Use critical thinking to anticipate and overcome potential obstacles.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Previous recruiting, sales, call center, account management experience preferred

· Strong desire to achieve

· Excited, passionate, and personable demeanor

· Enjoys working with others in a team environment

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong ability to reason and make decisions quickly

· Professional demeanor

· Task-oriented with ability to meet deadlines

· Strong analytical capacity

· Experience using an Applicant Tracking System preferred, Bullhorn knowledge a plus.
