Prince William Academy, a secular private school in Lake Ridge, VA, is seeking a long-term substitute from February 22nd – June for our 4th grade class.
Responsibilities include:
Lesson planning and delivery of core subjects: math, language arts, science, and social studies
Ensuring a safe and stimulating classroom environment
Grading, including providing progress reports for the third and fourth quarters of the school year
Participating in staff meetings
Interaction and communication with classroom parents via ClassDojo, email, and in person on occasion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175.00 – $220.00 per day

COVID-19 considerations:
We require our teachers to be vaccinated or participate in weekly testing at our school. We perform temperature checks at the door for all staff and students, and limit access to the building. We currently continue to wear masks at school.
