Primus Advisory Hiring for Finance & Accounting Associate Job at Arlington, VA Full Time

Job Description:

Manage all accounts: Cash, AP, AR, Loans Receivable, Notes Receivable, Expense, Revenue, Etc.

Help prepare month/quarter/year end reporting including but not limited to:

• Balance Sheet
• P&L
• Servicing Report
• Commission Reports
• Sales Reporting
• Yearly Audit Support

Help with various projects within but not limited to these categories:

• Forecasting
• Budgeting
• Sales
• Collection reporting
• Loan facilitation
• Credit facility management
• Partnership Management (Hedge Fund, Bank and Investor)
• Assist with analytics for our sales team.
• Administer invoices to various clients.
• Help on various projects with our Hedge Fund, Banking and Investment partners.
• Manage general ledger in Quickbooks.
• Manager payroll through our 3rd party HR provider Insperity.
• Assist in portfolio management, collection reporting and loan performance metrics for $50mm+ portfolio.
• Assist in full process of loan sale: pricing, negotiation, closing and implementation.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of accounting experience required
• 1+ years of financial reporting required
• 1+ years of finance experience required
• 1+ years of Quickbooks experience required
• Advanced excel (VLookup/Pivot/etc) required
• 1+ years of consulting experience preferred
• 1+ years of lending/banking experience preferred
• CPA/CMA a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Required)
• Financial Reporting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Financial: 1 year (Preferred)
• QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPA (Preferred)
• CMA (Preferred)
