Responsibilities:

• Passionately committed to early childhood education

• Coordinates with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff and supports current staff in completing training
• Conducts classroom observations to regularly support and ensure curriculum implementation and delivery
• Works with teachers to identify strengths and areas of opportunity to design plans for continual improvement

• Creates a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves

• Assist with operating the school, acting as assistant director as needed
• Open and close the school, flexibility with schedule as needed
• Maintains confidentiality

• Ability to work with others harmoniously

• Solution and detailed orientated
• Willing to drive our small school bus (no special license needed)

Qualifications:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; OR Child Development Associate™ (CDA) Credential™

· A minimum of two years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program

· Must meet state licensing and Primrose training requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
