Qualifications

MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED

• 12 or more core units in Early Childhood Education are a MUST.
• Extremely flexible on work schedule is expected.
• Work experience in a licensed child care facility as floater teacher preferred.
• Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency including finger-printing and background check
• Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
• Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
• Highly professional and dependable

Responsibilities:

• Provide rest, meal, and bathroom breaks to classroom teachers.
• Substitute for classroom teachers for call-outs
• Observes all rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
• Assist classroom teachers in curriculum and classroom management.
• Attends all required staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions as determined by the Director
• Maintains a professional personal appearance, attitude, and work behavior at all times
