The Talent Acquisition Partner drives and supports our field operations hiring objectives, through the development and execution of relevant recruiting strategies. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be engrained in the business serving as a “strategic trusted advisor” able to effectively identify and qualify high- potential candidates that meets or exceeds the minimum job requirements. This position will be responsible for identifying labor and professional talent throughout Renewables. The overarching goal is to target, attract and successfully hire talented and qualified individuals who meet our hiring needs, long-term objectives and bring value to our organization.
