Primoris Renewable Energy Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner at Denver, CO Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Partner drives and supports our field operations hiring objectives, through the development and execution of relevant recruiting strategies. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be engrained in the business serving as a “strategic trusted advisor” able to effectively identify and qualify high- potential candidates that meets or exceeds the minimum job requirements. This position will be responsible for identifying labor and professional talent throughout Renewables. The overarching goal is to target, attract and successfully hire talented and qualified individuals who meet our hiring needs, long-term objectives and bring value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for partnering and cultivating relationships with Primoris hiring authorities to understand hiring goals both current and future, role requirements, and relevant criteria for candidates.
• Responsible for executing recruitment for the Renewables Segment for Primoris, which is described as; sourcing applicant, applicant-to-candidate, candidate-to-interview, candidate-to-offer.
• Responsible for traveling to Primoris locations when necessary to hold onsite project hiring events, interviews, or other events related to recruiting.
• Deep understanding of calculating, analyzing and understanding recruitment metrics.
• Responsible for understanding and communicating supply and demand talent data, market trends, geo-specific data, and other variables that effect the talent pool.
• Proficient in high-volume sourcing, qualifying, presenting and scheduling candidates with the hiring authorities.
• Responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience by meticulous follow-through and follow-up during recruitment stages.
• Proficient in leveraging various recruiting channels and methods to increase candidate pipeline through, calling, texting, emailing, social media, referrals, community outreach, workforce solutions, and hiring events.
• Proficient in effective requisition management with meticulous attention to detail and acceptable data integrity.
• Responsible for weekly/biweekly meetings with hiring managers to build trusted relationships for staffing.
• Proficient in the use of cloud-based software UKG/UltiPro or similar ATS system, as well as standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Responsible for accurate timely opening and closure of all job requisitions so our system data is correct for ing.
• Responsible for weekly/biweekly meetings with hiring managers to build trusted relationships for staffing.
• Proficient in the use of cloud-based software UKG/UltiPro or similar ATS system, as well as standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Education & Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or some college with “at least 3 years of tangible experience” in staffing for labor/construction and professional positions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional organizational skill and able to rank and allocate priorities.
• Experienced managing a “high requisition” load.
• Able to travel to Primoris locations/project sites in the assigned region, as well as to hiring events, schools, or other community outreach efforts.
• Proficient in UKG/UltiPro or a similar ATS.
• Proficient in traditional, conventional and digital/social media recruitment.
• Proficient with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Boolean Operator methods.
• Understanding of requisition management, candidate recordkeeping and compliance matters related to recruitment and hiring practices.

• This will be a hybrid or remote role for someone that lives in the Denver, Colorado area (30 miles or less) only
