Primero is an EPC construction contractor that delivers projects to the mining sector. Part of the NRW Group, we have committed projects though to 2023.

We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly and focused team in Osborne Park. You will be responsible for ensuring that we attract highly capable blue-collar candidates. Hands-on and high-volume recruitment, this is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor looking to join a business that can offer job security and career advancement.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful, you will need:

• Experience in recruiting blue collar roles in construction or mining.
• Very strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to prioritise and work under pressure while delivering results within tight timeframes.
• The ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team.
• A positive, proactive, and professional approach to everything you do.
• To be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and action-orientated environment.
• A sense of humour and fun.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide ongoing support to Hiring Managers throughout the project/s lifecycle.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting suitable quality candidates for various projects, scopes and locations.
• Drafting and placing advertisements across various mediums.
• Conducting reference checks and making hiring recommendations.
• Issuing letters of offer to successful candidates.
• Ensuring all our recruitment practices are inclusive.
• Candidate pooling.
