Job Posting TitleSupervisor Talent AcquisitionJob DescriptionThe Supervisor Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing and optimizing the recruiting systems and processes.

This role will work closely with the talent acquisition team to identify gaps and implement best practices. This role will also oversee the applicant tracking system, background checks, and various external partners, and be responsible for ing to provide valuable insight into team performance.

This role will also be responsible for professional and senior level recruiting across various business areas.ResponsibilitiesManage Recruiting coordinator staff by setting goals and providing day-to-day work direction, performance and career development feedbackManage vendor relationships (i.

• e., job boards, background check vendors, ATS, etc.), including contract review, Request for Proposal (RFP) leadership and maximizing service and efficiencies and measuring Return On Investment (ROI)Manage new and ongoing recruiting analytics, metrics and related ing, and research;
• recommend and implement a framework for maintaining appropriate competitive intelligence data regarding talent acquisitionLead and influence process improvements to Prime’s recruiting processes, procedures and policies, and oversee the on-going maintenance and process improvements of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Advise on and execute long-term recruiting strategies in assigned business units to hire top talentOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience;

HS diploma or GED is required3 years of work experience in recruiting / talent acquisitionMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsProficient in sourcing techniques utilized in recruiting for a broad range of positionsKnowledge of employment laws, regulations and guidelinesProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelStrong relationship building skills – with candidates, hiring managers, recruiting colleagues and vendors and the ability to work collaboratively within HR and Business functionsExcellent oral and written communication skills including strong phone and persuasion skills and the ability to develop effective presentations using data to effectively communicate key messagesFinancial acumen and attention to detailProven conflict management and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications1 year of people management or supervisory experienceExperience with Workday (ATS)Knowledge of and experience in healthcare or PBM industryMinimum Physical Job RequirementsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeConstantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusing Structures to Manager in the Human Resources departmentPotential pay for this position ranges from $74,500.
