Supervisor Talent Acquisition
Job Description
The Supervisor Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing and optimizing the recruiting systems and processes. This role will work closely with the talent acquisition team to identify gaps and implement best practices.
This role will also oversee the applicant tracking system, background checks, and various external partners, and be responsible for ing to provide valuable insight into team performance.
This role will also be responsible for professional and senior level recruiting across various business areas.
Responsibilities
Manage Recruiting coordinator staff by setting goals and providing day-to-day work direction, performance and career development feedback
Manage vendor relationships (i.e., job boards, background check vendors, ATS, etc.), including contract review, Request for Proposal (RFP) leadership and maximizing service and efficiencies and measuring Return On Investment (ROI)
Manage new and ongoing recruiting analytics, metrics and related ing, and research; recommend and implement a framework for maintaining appropriate competitive intelligence data regarding talent acquisition
Lead and influence process improvements to Prime’s recruiting processes, procedures and policies, and oversee the on-going maintenance and process improvements of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Advise on and execute long-term recruiting strategies in assigned business units to hire top talent
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience;
HS diploma or GED is required
3 years of work experience in recruiting / talent acquisition
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Proficient in sourcing techniques utilized in recruiting for a broad range of positions
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and guidelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong relationship building skills – with candidates, hiring managers, recruiting colleagues and vendors and the ability to work collaboratively within HR and Business functions
Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong phone and persuasion skills and the ability to develop effective presentations using data to effectively communicate key messages
Financial acumen and attention to detail
Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of people management or supervisory experience
Experience with Workday (ATS)
Knowledge of and experience in healthcare or PBM industry
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds

Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,500.00 – $111,700.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
