As an Automotive Office Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership’s administrative and financial processes. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be vital in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and overall dealership success.

Financial Transactions Management: Accurately process and record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and refunds. Reconcile and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Vehicle Inventory Tracking: Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring real-time accuracy of vehicle availability. Coordinate with sales and service departments to facilitate the timely delivery of vehicles to customers.

Documentation and Filing: Organize and maintain dealership records, including customer files, vehicle paperwork, warranty documents, and financial agreements. Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions. Work closely with the accounting department to verify and resolve discrepancies.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on automotive industry regulations, dealership policies, and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.

Assist Sales and Finance Teams: Collaborate with sales and finance departments to facilitate the completion of sales transactions. Provide support in preparing paperwork for vehicle sales and lease agreements.

Data Entry and ing: Accurately input data into the dealership’s software systems. Generate regular s related to financial transactions, inventory, and customer interactions.

Office Organization: Maintain a neat and orderly office space, ensuring supplies are adequately maintained.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
