Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and oversee our full cycle recruiting. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels and planning interview and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will create strong talent pipelines for Prime’s current and future hiring needs.

Job Duties

• Manages outside recruiting relationships and sources qualified applicants
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants on a consistent set of principles, core values, and skillsets
• Various avenues of sourcing (i.e., cold-calling, targeted audience, group out-reach & relationship building)
• Schedules all qualifying candidates to meet with the hiring managers
• Monitors job offers and compensation practices; emphasizes benefits and incentives
• Aids the Talent Acquisition Manager with expansion/growth of talent pipelines for key positions within the organization
• Prepares job descriptions and collaborates with Marketing for job advertisements
• Manages candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Drive offer process and facilitate the negotiation of employment offers
• Works with and educates hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including Affirmative Action Plan compliance
• Partner with TA/HR Coordinator(s) and others to ensure successful pre-employment process and onboarding procedures
• Use metrics to create s and identify areas of improvement
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; a combination of experience and/or certifications will be considered in place of education
• Three to five years full cycle recruiting experience
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Able to work independently on standard tasks with a minimum amount of supervision
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems preferred

Additional Notes

• Probationary period of 90 days
• Individuals with a felony or misdemeanor convictions may not be hired
• Individuals must not have any alcohol or drug-related convictions or suspensions within the past three years
• Individual must be able to read and understand instructions in English as well as possess good oral and written communication skills
• Individual must be able to pass a drug and physical screening as well as background requirements
• Individual must be available to work variable hours and willing to travel up to 10%

Compensation/Benefits

Salary: $50K-$70K

Benefits:

Health, Dental, Vision etc. after 60-days

401K enrollment after 90-days, matching after 1 year.

PTO – 3-weeks per year, and 3 personal days

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
