We are a national digital industries apprenticeship training provider with a great opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about recruiting individuals who are keen to undertake an IT apprenticeship to enhance their technical knowledge and work experience whilst gaining a recognised qualification. You could be that person who influences a individual’s career path and supports local businesses to fulfil their recruitment needs. You will also have the chance to promote our Apprenticeship programmes to new and existing clients.
The role will involve candidate attraction, assessment and selection, working closely with the Business Development team to ensure candidates fit the client brief. You will carry out interviews and co-ordinate the associated documentation to ensure it is processed in a timely manner ready for onboarding, therefore organisation & communication skills as well as attention to detail are key to this role. You will also be expected to offer advice and guidance to unsuccessful candidates.
We are a diverse entrepreneurial team who have mastered working remotely therefore knowledge of MS Teams is desirable as well as a working knowledge of MS Office and experience in the use of recruitment software and/or a CRM system.
