Working pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview

Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment dealing with different HR issues? We have an opportunity to join our Southend-on-sea store as part of our People & Culture Team.

As a People & Culture Supervisor, you’ll be working in a team to provide administrative and advisory support across all elements of HR. Computer literacy is essential and proficiency with Microsoft computer packages (including EXCEL). Previous HR related administration is essential. Suitable candidates must demonstrate an enthusiastic and passionate approach to working in a busy HR department and exceptional organisational skills.

Within the role you’ll be covering recruitment, induction, training, payroll, employee relations, and helping to build a great culture throughout the store. Experience in some of these elements is essential, and a CIPD or similar qualification will pop your application to the top of the pile. We also offer training to achieve a CIPD qualification with us if you’re successful.

As a retailer that trades 7 days per week, we’ll be looking for flexibility in when you can work. Our rotas are based on working 5 days out of 7, so there will be regular weekend working.
