PEOPLE & CULTURE (HR) ADMINISTRATOR

£9.66 – £10.00 PER HOUR

Are you studying for your HR degree or a HR graduate looking for your first role? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment dealing with different HR issues? We have an opportunity to join our Fort Kinnaird store as part of our People & Culture Team.

As a People & Culture Administrator, you’ll be working in a team to provide administrative and advisory support across all elements of HR. In a busy store with 12 managers and over 190 colleagues, every day will be different providing you with challenge and reward in equal measure.

As a key member of the team, your positivity and resilience will empower others and show a determination to achieve results so you’ll need to be an excellent organiser and be able to inspire, motivate, lead and coach.

Within the role you’ll be covering recruitment, induction, training, payroll, employee relations, and helping to build a great culture throughout the store. Experience in some of these elements would be fantastic and give you real life experience to match your studies.

As a retailer that trades 7 days per week, we’ll be looking for flexibility in when you can work. Our rotas are based on working 5 days out of 7, so there will be weekend working involved. We are looking for a number of positions both full time and part-time which could work round your studies.
