Responsibilities:
– Enter data into the company’s database accurately and efficiently
– Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
– Organize and maintain files and documents
– Assist with data collection and analysis as needed
– Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role
– Proficient in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
