PrideStaff Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Irving, TEXAS Full Time

We have a Direct Hire opportunity with our Irving based client in search of a Recruiter! This role will offer a hybrid work arrangement with a relaxed culture!

Compensation : $70k -80k DOE

Post training : This position has a Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 from home.

Position Description :

• Sourcing and managing the full cycle recruiting process
• Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager on department hiring needs
• Actively participates in all staffing related activities
• Engage in cross functional projects
• Develop and create job descriptions across departments
• Maintain records during all phases of the recruiting cycle

Required Skills :

• Experience with recruiting for : HVAC, Electrical, Construction
• 3 years of experience in related field
• Ability to to be adaptable
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
