PrideStaff on behalf of a Client in Davie is looking for a Motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist. The right candidate for this job is well-versed in full-cycle recruiting and has proven experience in Human Resources.
Responsibilities : Sourcing and screeningcandidates using several online job boards.Create and manage new job postings.Interview new candidates.
Initiate the Onboarding Process.Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management.A min. of 5 years experience in Human Resources.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information SystemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
