The PrideStaff Hoover Staffing Agency is hiring for a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist. Locally owned and operated with national support, PrideStaff is looking for a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist that thrives off of excellent customer service.

This position is focused on client service, full cycle recruiting, sales activities, etc.

We are open to train a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist with client appointment setting and the overall sales process.

This office has a great training program that continues throughout your career with the company. The Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist is a direct hire position.

Responsibilities :

• Recruiter, talent acquisition specialist interviews, recruits, conducts placement activities, builds relationships with clients and candidates
• Plans and documents all business development activities with follow ups
• Competitive base pay with commission, the recruiter, talent acquisition specialist secures new business and expands existing client base
• Manages time, establishes priorities and works independently
• Work in a positive, fast paced and goal oriented team environment throughout the entire recruitment, placement and sales process What we require for the Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Minimum of one full year as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Self sufficient, positive attitude with the ability to sell or have sales experience
• The Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist should have the ability to meet and exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ability to plan, organize, and follow through on assignments as the Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM
• 2-4 year degree preferred
• Monday-Friday 7 : 50 am- 5 : 00 pm, salaried position Typical traits and characteristics of a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist
