Responsibilities :
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work
- Store completed documents in appropriate locations
- Input alphabetic and numeric information into database
- Handle phone interactions with clients for support and troubleshooting
- Answer phone calls and relay messages
- Provide information and customer service
- Provide support for multiple projects
Requirements :
- Experience with invoices and time keeping
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have experience with Microsoft office which includes Word and Excel
- Must be able to answer and direct multiple phone calls
- Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is entered
- Must have recent and relevant experience
