Responsibilities :

• Maintain logs of activities and completed work
• Store completed documents in appropriate locations
• Input alphabetic and numeric information into database
• Handle phone interactions with clients for support and troubleshooting
• Answer phone calls and relay messages
• Provide information and customer service
• Provide support for multiple projects

Requirements :

• Experience with invoices and time keeping
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have experience with Microsoft office which includes Word and Excel
• Must be able to answer and direct multiple phone calls
• Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is entered
• Must have recent and relevant experience
