Location : Livermore, CA (Onsite)

Title : Front Office Assistant

Responsibilities :

• Primarily stationed at the front desk, you will be answering phones, responding to emails and greeting clients and guests entering the facility
• Basic Admin duties including – office supply management : ordering office supplies as needed via phone and other methods
• Note taking during company meetings
• Scheduling staff meetings as needed Qualifications :
• High School Diploma
• Some College preferred
• Industry experience in Construction, Real Estate, sales, and business is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• 40+WPM typing speed
• 10-key numeric entry Skills :
• Friendly and outgoing
• Respectful, able to read body language and understand social ques
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changes

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $22.00 – $27.00 Per Hour
