We are partnering with our client in Livermore, CA who is currently searching for an outgoing, detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join their team! This is a great opportunity to join a growing company, and continue professional growth!
Location : Livermore, CA (Onsite)
Title : Front Office Assistant
Responsibilities :
- Primarily stationed at the front desk, you will be answering phones, responding to emails and greeting clients and guests entering the facility
- Basic Admin duties including – office supply management : ordering office supplies as needed via phone and other methods
- Note taking during company meetings
- Scheduling staff meetings as needed Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Some College preferred
- Industry experience in Construction, Real Estate, sales, and business is a plus
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 40+WPM typing speed
- 10-key numeric entry Skills :
- Friendly and outgoing
- Respectful, able to read body language and understand social ques
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changes
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $22.00 – $26.00 Per Hour
