Pay: $21/hr $22/hr. + $5000 Bonus (upon conversion)

Position Purpose:

Provide excellent customer service support while driving key business initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

This company values customer success and communication skills. You can think of their products as the nuts and bolts of the airplane.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide service support to Customers, Distributors, and Channel Partners
• Review, process, and record orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through customer personal contact.
• Interface with customers daily regarding routine requests and/or issues.
• Ensure all customers and sales staff are served with a responsive and satisfactory communication link.
• Manage Excel s (inside & Customer), including an Open Order .
• Track order activity, alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems, and coordinate with the internal team to resolve delivery issues.
• Give support to Customers, Distributors, and internal departments
• Process orders received over the phone or through the online portal
• V Look Ups

Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word and Excel)
• Working knowledge of Excel and online portals for order processing
• Ability to work autonomously without supervision.
• Be a critical thinker and problem solver
• Exceptional attention to detail with an error-free work product
• Great organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating between departments when needed
• 3+ years with Customer Service
• Experience using an ERP System, specifically SAP
