ACCOUNTING SERVICES ASSOCIATE

We are currently seeking a self-starting team player with 3+ years of bookkeeping experience for one of our growing clients in the Fort Myers Metro Area.

Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hr. + DOE
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Experience: 3+ Years

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be a team player with 3+ years of bookkeeping experience to participate in accounting services engagements.

• Work directly with clients and the Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) team
• Maintain the books for various types of clients
• Identify opportunities to increase the level and type of service and develop professional client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in public accounting
• Experience using QuickBooks online
• A CPA license is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational, client service, project management, analytical, leadership, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrate professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness, contribute professionally to a positive work environment, recognize & escalate client concerns and ensure professional development through ongoing education
