Full Job Description

Pride in North Carolina, LLC, is searching for a highly organized, motivated team player to serve as Intake Coordinator. Come join a compassionate team of dedicated mental health professionals! This position serves as the point of contact for screening referrals and coordinating services. The intake coordinator duties include:

  • assessing needs of clients,
  • collecting data
  • coordinating all aspects of referral/admission processes
  • compiling referral/admissions tracking data for the agency
  • establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and community agencies

The right candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and preferably have experience in patient scheduling and insurance billing.
