Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Hybrid)

Pride Health is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for one of its clients in California.

This is a 6-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits. This is a Hybrid role : 3 days on-site, and 2 days remote.

Location San Diego, California (92130)

Length of assignment 6 months (With a possible extension)

Pay range – $25 – $28 per hour.

Shift Monday Friday- 9 am to 5 pm (Flexibility in logout time 4 : 30 or 5 : 00 PM not before that)

Job Duties

• Executes and oversees interview scheduling in a timely and professional manner.
• High-volume scheduling, managing around 20 positions at a time
• Ensures a positive candidate experience and adherence by interviewers to the Client’s Talent Acquisition processes and policies.
• Prepares and processes offer letters, initiates and monitors background checks and references, effectively transitions pending new hires to HR Operations, and closes out requisitions.
• Manages and submits expense s every month for Talent Acquisition expenditures.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience : Minimum 3 years of related (Strong Scheduling and high volume) experience
• Education : Master’s degree preferred, but open to candidates with strong scheduling experience even without a degree
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS (preferred, not mandatory)
• High-volume scheduling experience from mid-sized companies
• Additional Preferences :
• Experience in the Pharma domain is preferred but not required
• Talent Acquisition (TA) experience is a focus, ideally 0-5 years, but not more than 5 years
• Open to new graduates who can hit the ground running and are proactive in resolving last-minute scheduling issues, but new grads should have a master’s degree
