Pride Health Hiring for Patient Care Coordinator (Remote) at San Diego, CA Full Time

Pride health is seeking a Remote Patient Care Coordinator to work at our healthcare client’s San Diego, CA location. Position is a 3-month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate(Remote work from home And in Office 2 day per week.)

Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Pay: $18.00-20.00/hr **
**Base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and takes into consideration experience, expertise, education, and other qualifications.

Location: San Diego, CA

Work Schedule: M-F; 8 AM to 5 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering high volume calls
Scheduling patients including collecting patient demographics, insurance information and checking eligibility
Checking patients in and out, collecting copays, faxes, providing patient, provider, and team support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

HS Diploma or GED
1+ years of related experience in healthcare industry
High volume patient support experience
Knowledge of HIPAA policies

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

• Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
