Meet PriceKubecka, a quirky CPA firm that has developed its own 401(k) auditing software. We are obsessed with finding ways to use technology to get rid of the grunt work. No kidding – in the past 3 years we’ve more than quadrupled the number of plans we audit across the country (remote – no travel!) while cutting our hours per audit by more than half. We need employees who can see our vision and will help us continue to innovate.

You know as well as we do that 401(k) audits are a specialty, but most firms staff them with interns. We’re the opposite. We want to find experienced CPA’s in this niche who want to get away from the 80 hour work weeks and have more control of their work hours. Currently we have auditors that work 12 months out of the year and we have auditors that only work 9 months out of the year! Its up to you.

The nitty gritty of what we need:

• CPA with experience auditing 401(k) plans
• Tech/data knowledge and adaptability (Excel is a must)
• Time and project management is critical
• Work remote from anywhere in the US or our Office (if you live in Dallas or Austin) – you choose
• Full benefits (Health, Sec 125, and of course 401(k))

Responsibilities include:

Lead auditor on up to 50 audits per year. But don’t worry, in 2021 our average time working on an audit was 28 hours.

Identify and communicate 401(k) deficiencies to clients

No management of people, just your projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
