Customer Service Representative – Price Electronics

We’re looking for a passionate, service-oriented individual who can provide first-class customer support. This individual should build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
Review all new purchase orders or purchase order revisions for completeness and adherence to terms.

Confirm delivery date status customer’s.

Communicate orders or order updates to the production team.

Track the progress of upcoming orders.

Identifying and assessing customers’ needs.

Assisting customers with inquiries regarding quoting, orders, and shipping.

Receiving and responding to incoming customer requests via phone or email.

Following up with open customer concerns/questions to ensure resolution.

Assisting customers with order entry software for entering replacement parts orders.

Supporting the creation of customer facing documentation.

Collecting and maintaining customer and project data using customer relationship management software.

Escalating customer concerns/questions as required.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.

The ability to work with minimum supervision.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

The ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient computer skills especially with Microsoft Office applications.

A co-operative team player attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to think strategically and act tactfully.

An aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Previous customer service experience.

Experience working with CRM applications preferred.

Knowledge of ERP operations is preferred.
