The team
Our HR function supports the leadership teams around the business by providing them with high quality operational expertise on all people related matters. The team is comprised of ten people in total and is led by a partner and director. Due to the size of the department there is daily exposure to senior management and plenty of collaboration with team members at all levels.
There are three Advisors across the team that each support different locations with their relevant HR matters and this person would be responsible for our London and Bishop’s Stortford offices. This role would suit a proactive individual who wants to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and gain exposure to some exciting work.
