What you will do at Prezzee:
Create and implement engaging recruiting strategies.
Manage the ATS to ensure efficient recruitment systems and processes are in place.
Create and modify new job descriptions.
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
Promote the company vacancies both internally and externally.
Post jobs on various channels and manage vendors (agencies) ensuring cost effective solutions.
Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Create recruitment documents.
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience, even unsuccessful candidates.
Assess and screening candidates.
Conduct interviews.
Facilitate hiring manager interviews.
Provide detailed information on candidates when needed.
Use metrics to create reports, track vacancies and identify areas of improvement.
Other ad hoc administrative and recruitment activities as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

On the technical side, you have:
Experience with full cycle recruitment for technical candidates, in-house or agency.
Good business acumen.
Excellent analytical skills.
Familiar with using ATS or HR databases.
Able to adhere to recruitment policy and process.
Great problem-solving and organisational skills.
Effective communication skills, with exceptional writing capabilities.
BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in a fast growth fin-tech Company (or both). Retail experience is also highly regarded or high level payments exposure would be an additional bonus.
