Prezzee is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Global Marketing Practice. As a proactive learner and creative thinker, you’ll be a key player in executing innovative marketing campaigns that fuel growth and enhance customer experiences.

Role can be based in Sydney, NSW or San Francisco Bay Area

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and Deliver: Collaborate with our marketing team to execute our multi-faceted marketing plan across Consumer, Business, and Strategic Partner streams. Keep our global marketing calendar up-to-date by working closely with different teams, ensuring all initiatives are captured.

• Efficient Coordination: Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com to coordinate and implement marketing tasks effectively. Your strong organization skills will help streamline processes and keep projects on track.

• In-depth Insights: Communicate with business stakeholders to create comprehensive marketing briefs. Your insights will guide the development of impactful campaigns.

• Administrative Excellence: Handle various administrative tasks, including uploading new greeting cards, setting up new product SKUs, and ensuring positioning accuracy.

• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where no task is too small. You’ll work seamlessly with various marketing chapters to execute initiatives across different platforms.

• Global Integration: Contribute to our global strategies and business growth by sharing knowledge and insights. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive excellence across all regions.

• Results Analysis: Create post-campaign s, analyze data, and provide valuable insights. Your contributions will shape our future strategies.

• Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate efficient collaboration and contribute to a nimble work environment.

• Experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator/Specialist
