PreZero is hiring a Recruiter to collaborate with the hiring managers to support the needs of the business. The Recruiter acts as the subject matter expert and is responsible for assisting in identifying the best candidates to fill open positions and deliver on organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Manages the recruiting process for assigned function/geography including, conducting intake calls with hiring manager, sourcing, screening, updating schedules, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage the sourcing process to engage in the proactive sourcing and successful identification of top talent for job openings within business unit(s) and/or specific functions.
• Leverages resources effectively using a variety of sourcing tools and programs including job boards, social media, attending job related events and networking to build talent pools
• Advises and executes on effective and efficient recruitment strategies needed to acquire top talent
• Provides hiring manager accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, tracks talent acquisition metrics, and reports trends and issues to the HR Manager, providing recommendations for improvement
• Negotiates and extends offers of employment to selected candidates. Facilitates the offer, pre-employment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintains compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, including proper dispositioning of candidates and document retention.
• Serves as an active member of People related project teams as assigned.
• Apprise and escalates potential legal, risk, safety, etc. concerns to the HR Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Experience with handling corporate and hourly workforce
• Nice to have – industry experience
• Experience with MS systems and Paylocity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
