Pretty Haute Marketing Hiring for B2C Email Copywriter Full Time

Location: Remote

Pay: $20 – $23 an hour

I have the required availability: Monday – Friday, 9 am- 3 pm; you will need to be on call and ready to make project modifications as you need to but will not be required to stay clocked in all day.

Job description:

The ideal candidate can leverage data and email best practices to drive deliverability, open, and engagement rates and can thrive in fast-paced environments. The responsibilities of the Email copywriter and developer include the following:

Copywriting emails for multiple niches, including retail, e-commerce, skincare, women’s health, fashion, and for career or marketing-oriented service providers.

Write B2C email marketing copy for various client types, including flows, campaigns, and popups.

Follow tone of voice and copy the brand guidelines of our clients.

Create an engaging copy to send to the proper subscriber segments at the right time to drive engagement, revenue, and customer lifetime value.

Work within Klaviyo or other email software to write copy, edit, check grammar, and occasionally review emails before sending.

You MUST have experience with the following platforms: Klaviyo and Shopify mail.

Build and execute the strategy of all email campaigns that support the customer lifecycle (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention, etc.).

Have a thorough understanding of email marketing data, building data s via google slideshow, and breaking down the data for client understanding.

Lead email experimentation plans, including testing design and analysis.

Plan, analyze, and evaluate the performance of ongoing campaigns.

Proactively monitor the deliverability and integrity of emails and lists and quickly address any issues.

Determining target audiences for intended campaigns

Providing strategic guidance and recommendations on client projects

Campaign setup, testing, and deployment within the client’s email platform

Proficient in building audience segments and personalizing the email content experience.

Collaborating closely with other consultants and colleagues to understand our prospects’ and clients’ needs and the details of each assigned task.

Ability to understand and analyze email marketing KPIs and provide actionable next steps based on findings

Required Qualifications and Experience:

3+ years leading email marketing efforts in both B2B & B2C environments

Proficiency with data management and marketing operations processes, including testing techniques, pulling actionable insights from metrics/analytics and delivering clear s for management.

A proven track record of improving conversion rates and expanding customers’ accounts through email communication

Vast experience in specifically copywriting email campaigns, email subject lines, preview text, A/B testing, and strong call to action.

Experience with workflow automation platforms, specifically within HubSpot

Knowledge of compliance standards and laws relating to privacy, security, The CAN SPAM Act and UDAAP

Two references from clients

A digital portfolio that displays both your copywriting, email design, and email data proficiency
