The Human Resources Department plays a vital role administrating the HR tasks required to deliver the people component of the College strategic plan. We are looking for someone with the passion to join the HR team and progress your HR career. You will help drive our College to become outstanding through providing a busy recruitment service challenged with finding the best recruits in teaching and support services; accurately inputting data into our integrated HR system and extracting reports for management information and KPIs; together with providing HR advice and guidance to both managers and staff on our terms and conditions of service. You will be assigned a number of key projects around the development of our HR systems, update of our HR templates and forms; people metrics including data collection and the implementation of updated employment terms and conditions. These projects will be reviewed on an annual basis in accordance with the College strategic goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR Advisor. You will be qualified at CIPD Level 3 or willing to achieve in 2 years of appointment and have Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths and ICT.
You will be passionate about HR, ideally you will have experience of providing administrative support in a busy HR or training team and be able to quickly adapt in your new role in this fast-paced, complex HR Office environment.
