This in-house position s to our office in Scottsdale airport. Having excellent knowledge of the valley matching cross streets to building is key!

The shift is Sunday through Thursday 11 am to 7:30 PM
We are a janitorial service company looking for an energetic person to join our growing team.

This recruiter position is a core position of the company helping as we grow the company.

1. Incoming and outgoing calls to recruit cleaners in a service industry

2. Pass out flyers to enhance the recruiting efforts

3. Manage the Facebook and Indeed accounts to recruit perspective cleaners for the position

4. High volume texting utilizing both cell phone and texting apps

5. Running background checks and setting up new hires for training session

6.On boarding applicants with in person interviews at remote locations

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast paced environment where a competitive nature and strong work ethic are a must. Training is provided but we are looking for someone who is technology savvy and communicates well.

This position is located in Scottsdale Airpark area.

You must have a clean driving record to drive the company vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
