About the role

This is much more than a recruitment role; it is an opportunity to impact talent at Prestige to ensure our clients receive the care they deserve.

This is a newly created role to our growing team. Reporting to the GM of People, the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant role centres around partnering with the business to find the right talent at the right time. The role is also supported by a Recruitment Administrator so you can focus on what you do best – hiring great talent!

This is a fast-paced, sometimes challenging and demand-driven work environment. Key tasks include:

• End to end Recruitment for a designated region (we use JobAdder technology, with Referoo to make the process more efficient)
• Implementing sourcing strategies and building partnerships to attract talent
• Partnering with the business, specifically with the Hiring Managers and the Service Delivery team (main client group) to meet recruitment targets and providing proactive, consistent communication throughout the process.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant role plays a central role in supporting the business to deliver the best candidate recruitment experience to our applicants and promotes our evolving employee value proposition. This is a key role working collaboratively with the team in making recruitment easier and hiring future talent in a growing business.

About you

As an experienced recruiter (preferably within high-volume recruitment either within an agency or internal fast-paced and/or service-oriented environment), you get a kick out of not just filling the job, but changing a person’s life, one resume at a time. You are used to wearing multiple hats, you work with a sense of urgency while remaining solutions oriented. You thrive in an environment where you are allowed to run, contribute your strengths, and share your expertise.

You are an excellent communicator. You find it easy to build rapport and have a gift for drawing people out of their shell to get to know them. You love a good chat and people respond to you because of your warmth, if you’re talking to them on the phone, they can probably hear your smile.

You’re the go-to person for information for all sorts of things. You’re a problem solver. You can think outside the box and if you don’t know the answer, you have a way of finding out. Being organised comes naturally to you. You are usually thinking a step ahead because you like to know that things are not simply done but done well. You’re pretty savvy on a computer. You can confidently navigate your way around operating and online systems.

You have exceptional customer service, commercial acumen, and sophisticated influencing skills, you can flip between working autonomously to working within a team. This adaptability allows you to flex your resilience and the ability to deliver results despite changing requirements.
