To support our on-going commitment to quality and value, we are recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join and support our Customer Care Team. This individual will be first point of contact for after sale customers, retailers, and for supporting the Customer Care Team by ensuring the proper documentation is complete and available when required. S/he will also provide administrative support to other areas of the business, as required.

We are looking for the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Ø Grade XII or equivalent and post secondary training in office administration

Ø Commitment to safety in the workplace, including knowledge and practice of workplace safety procedures

Ø Previous experience in a customer care environment

Ø Good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office products

Ø Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Ø Good organizational and planning skills; ability to prioritize workflow

Ø Ability to work with others in a team environment to develop solutions and implement improvements
