Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person if needed.

Required skills are being able to type, use Microsoft Word and Excel, and do basic math.

Duties include:

• Welcoming patients as they walk into the office
• Answering phones
• Calling patients and insurance companies
• Following up on insurance claims
• Entering payments in the software
• Calculating copays for patients
• Collecting payments
• Filing insurance claims and following up on outstanding claims,
• Verification of benefits
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
• Present and explain treatment plans to patients

We offer discounted and free dental treatment to employees, along with a bonus incentive plan.

We work Mondays-Thursdays, 9-5 pm.

Pay: $12.00 – $20.00 per hour
