We are currently seeking to hire a Pre-Owned Sales Director/Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. Signing bonus for the right candidate! Overall compensation package will be commensurate with your experience and proven track record.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
• Establish sales quotas and goals for the sales team
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• on team and individual performance
• Execute company sales strategies and processes
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
• Recruit and train new sales employees

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as an automotive supervisor or manager
• Familiarity with CRM & DMS platforms, DealerTrack experience a plus
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
