We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our office team on a work from home basis. The role will be varied and will involve working closely with our Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business. Duties will include general admin, accounts admin and HR admin. The successful applicant will also be involved in coordinating staff rotas and liaising with clients and staff members. Although the role is home based from time to time you will be required to attend off site meetings.
The successful candidate will possess excellent computer skills. Knowledge of QuickBooks software is preferred but not essential as training can be provided. The ability to think on your feet is essential as this role can be very fast paced. Flexibility is key. As this position is home based applicants must have the motivation and self discipline to work successfully at home. A reliable broadband connection is essential.
The position is for 15 hours per week. Exact hours can be discussed at interview stage. As the business grows there will be the opportunity to increase hours if desired. The rate of pay is £10-£11 per hour dependant on experience.
