Presidential Bank’s mortgage department is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Mortgage Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing initiatives for a mid-sized regional bank’s mortgage division. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing channels, coordinate events, and collaborate with various stakeholders to promote our mortgage products and services. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of mortgage industry trends.
This position may allow for a hybrid work schedule, but may be based in either Richmond, Virginia or Atlanta, GA.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies: Work closely with the marketing team and mortgage division to create effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target market segments.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, direct mail, and other relevant channels.
- Content creation and management: Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including website, blog posts, social media, and promotional materials. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry regulations.
- Assist in the management of digital marketing channels including website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), social media accounts, and online advertising campaigns. Monitor analytics to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Event coordination: Organize and coordinate mortgage-related events such as seminars, webinars, and networking sessions. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Collateral development: Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales materials. Ensure branding consistency and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Market research and analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform marketing strategies.
- Relationship management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including loan officers, operations staff, and compliance teams, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance adherence: Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal compliance policies.
- Other projects and/ or duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree, along with a minimum of 3-5 years marketing related experience -prior experience in mortgage marketing or financial services marketing is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
