POSITION SUMMARY: This position performs a variety of recruitment and Human Resources activities. Also provides back-up administrative support to the PMS Foundation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field; a combination of relevant education and experience may substitute for degree on a year-for-year basis.
  • Three years’ experience in human resources required. Recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Computer experience required – proficiency with spreadsheet, database & word processing programs.
  • Knowledge of policies, laws and regulations related to recruitment, EEO/AAP, etc., strongly preferred.
