Team Overview: *
Preqin’s Global Talent Acquisition team is a newly formed team that is responsible for discovering and hiring the best talent across our 14 global offices. The Global Talent Acquisition team works with Preqin’s global hiring leaders, partnering to develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract, assess and hire the best talent to empower Preqin’s growth across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.

Role Overview: *
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Preqin your role will focus on proactively attracting, sourcing and assessing top talent from across EMEA to support our three main EMEA offices (London, Frankfurt & Dubai). You’ll also be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
As member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with EMEA hiring leaders to provide subject matter advice on recruitment, candidate engagement and pipeline generation. Alongside operational responsibilities you will also support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (EMEA) and the VP of Talent Acquisition in the strategic delivery of recruitment projects such as D&I, Employer Branding and Graduate Recruitment. This role will report into the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (EMEA).

At least 1-2 years of direct recruitment experience working with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
